Ok, since we merged, we have a new name, IPA. So, CPMA (having 300 troops) has merged with IPA!

We will try our best to make it to a major army level and eventually be one of the superpowers of CP (like ACP, Nachos, Golds, RFW, RBAA(at one point) ect.)

We will need everyones cooperation as we get settled. And be patient. The merge is still under construction.

I, the leader of whatever army i am representing, agree to a merge between the CPIA and the CPPA. I understand that this will mean giving up my old armies name and ranks, however the soldiers will be re-ranked in the new army, and all servers owned shall be under control of the new army. I also agree that the new army will be called the International Penguin Army, and will have a new site, that will be made shortly after this merge is signed.

Ok, two days from now, Tuesday, we will have our first practice battle.

After the 45 minute long battle, then we will have Ice’s retirement party (just a warning, in the party, we might be moving around alot)

Here are the times:

Time: 4:45 EST, 1:45 PST

Date: Tuesday, June 9th

Sides: Army vs Marines

After that we will have the party.

Ok, there are spots open in the owner line now, so, I will choose the new leader to lead the Army (I will still lead the marines) A new 2ic and two new 3ics

The new leaders are…The new head general is PenguinInc1! He will lead the army with meh. He is a loyal soldier.

The new 2ic is Safer 123! He is also a loyal soldier.

And the 2 new 3ics are Dogradke and Blackyoshi!

Hello CPPA,today is my (Ice Shreder) retirement day. I want to thank the following penguins:

Us Army- For showing me to ACP, CPPA, and all other armies.
Mr Drew Cool- For being a great friend.
Yoshisrock-For being the 1st loyal, trust worthy troop in the army.
Boomer20- For adding me to my 1st army,the ACP.
The two Canaidian men who created Club Penguin.

I don’t want to do a big speech. But all i have to say is Thank You For Everything.
